Meet the Founder

Hey, I’m Ismail, and I started Support Champions with one simple belief: great products deserve great support.

I’ve been working as a support engineer for over 7 years, helping businesses (especially Shopify merchants and app developers) solve tough problems, keep their customers happy, and grow without being slowed down by support struggles. Over time, I noticed a pattern: incredible products were losing customers, not because of quality, but because their support couldn’t keep up.

That stuck with me.

So I decided to build Support Champions as a way to change that. My mission is to take the stress of customer support off your shoulders, so you can focus on growing your business while knowing your customers are being taken care of like family.

I like to think of us as an extension of your team—people who know your product, understand your customers, and care about your brand as much as you do.

Outside of work, I live in Morocco where I spend time with my family, take care of our little farm, and keep learning new ways to help businesses thrive.
